Offer competitive incentives to businesses that bring high-paying jobs while ensuring accountability for long-term community benefits.

Work with the private sector to encourage innovative housing solutions across different housing products, including mixed-use developments.

Prioritize development in high-growth areas to ensure housing availability near new job centers.

Support workforce training programs in collaboration with local colleges and technical schools to align skills with employer needs. A prime example is the GTCC aviation program.
