This includes prioritizing local and minority-owned businesses, breaking up oversized contracts into smaller ones, and limiting sole-source contracts to true emergencies.

Her plan also includes better street lighting, sidewalk repairs, and traffic safety measures such as improved crosswalks, updated signage, and speed control in residential areas.

Crystal will champion for investment in safe roads, reliable public transit, green spaces, and community centers that serve all residents, especially those in historically underserved neighborhoods.
