Criminal Justice / Public Safety
I will also implement incentives to fully staff Hobbs PD and the DA’s office, so every case can be properly investigated and prosecuted.
Infrastructure / Transportation
Clean up neglected areas, repair infrastructure, and ensure every part of Hobbs gets the attention it deserves — not just select areas.
Economy
Change city regulations that make it harder for businesses to open here. Right now, Hobbs often requires businesses to “front load” expenses like sidewalks and infrastructure — costs other cities cover to attract growth.

I’ll also stand up for small businesses at the state level, fighting against bills that drive up costs and make it harder to stay profitable.

Too often, the tax dollars we send to Santa Fe never make it back to our community. I will fight to bring our share home, because after all — it’s our money.
