Job description
The City Clerk/Ward Officer serves as the official keeper of the municipal records. This joint position is also responsible for presenting the agenda and minutes for legislative and committee meetings.
Eligibility requirements
18 years or older on the date of the election may be a candidate and hold elective office in the city if he/she has resided in the City and district from which he/she is to be elected for a period of at least 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election.
