Job description
The County Legislature or Executive Board is the governing body of the county and exercises broad policy-making authority. The Board is charged with implementing policy and overseeing the county budget process and allocation.
Eligibility requirements
Registered to vote in the city and any relevant election district of the office sought by filing deadline. Cannot be convicted and sentenced of, nor have plead guilty or nolo contendere to any felony charges (unless it has been pardoned, reversed, vacated, set aside, the guilty plea unaccepted by jury, or expunged under state law). Cannot be an active-service member US armed forces.
