Job description
The City Court Clerk is the recorder and custodian of all records part of any legal cause of action in the city courts.

Must be 18 years old as of date of the general election; must be resident of the township/city/village comprising the district for at least one year; must be registered elector or the city or village

An independent candidate running in a municipality with 5,000 or more votes cast must collect valid signatures for a total of one percent of the votes cast.
